Prior to Lenovo, Gerry held executive positions at Dell, as the company became a global leader in PCs. In his last role, he built the Dell Singapore Design Center and led Dell to the leading market position in flat panels as Vice President and General Manager of Displays. He is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University.
N. David Bleisch was named Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Office Depot, Inc. in September 2017. In this role, Bleisch leads the strategic direction of the legal organization and operations, as well as manages the regulatory and compliance matters for the company. Additionally, he is responsible for Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Real Estate, Construction and Aviation. In August 2018, Bleisch’s title was changed to Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary.
Bleisch has broad expertise in securities compliance, enterprise risk management, corporate finance, antitrust, litigation, intellectual property management, government and regulatory affairs, investor relations, labor and employment issues, shareholder engagement, class action lawsuits and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Office Depot, Bleisch was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for The ADT Corporation, where he managed the legal, environmental, health and safety, government affairs and corporate governance matters.
Earlier in his career, Bleisch served in several leadership roles at Tyco International before being appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Tyco Security Solutions. He also managed the intellectual property legal group for all of Tyco’s operating segments worldwide.
Bleisch received his Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School.
Jerri DeVard was named Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Office Depot, Inc. in January 2018. In this role, DeVard leads eCommerce and Customer Service as well as Marketing and Communications. She has company-wide responsibility for improving experiences along the customer journey as Office Depot creates a persistent customer-first mentality across physical and digital channels. Additionally, DeVard is responsible for leading the strategy for furthering the company’s brand positioning as well as driving the growth and implementation of strategic marketing activities that build brand equity and increase market share.
DeVard joined Office Depot in September 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Office Depot, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for The ADT Corporation, a global brand that is the nation's largest security company. She led ADT’s centralized marketing across the residential, small business and health business units and was responsible for all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the company’s integrated marketing programs. Prior to ADT, DeVard held various marketing leadership positions for Nokia, Verizon and Citigroup. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Under Armour, Inc. and Cars.com.
DeVard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
John W. Gannfors was named Chief Merchandising and Supply Chain Officer for Office Depot, Inc. in August 2018. In this role, Gannfors is responsible for Office Depot’s overall merchandise strategy and functions including buying, planning, product design and development, as well as strategic sourcing. Additionally, Gannfors leads Office Depot’s Transformation Office and oversees the company’s procurement and supply chain functions. Previously, Gannfors served as Executive Vice President Transformation, Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain.
Gannfors is a global leader with a proven track record of creating immediate value in diverse organizations by driving strategy and strategic alignment, effective operational business transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives. He joined Office Depot after nearly ten years at Lenovo Group Limited, where he was instrumental in driving business results as a key leader in its Data Center Group Global Supply Chain and as its Chief Procurement Officer.
Prior to joining Lenovo, he spent 12 years in leadership roles at Dell. Gannfors began his career in Product Management at Lockheed Martin’s Calcomp division, as well as Definicon Systems. Gannfors earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
Todd Hale was named Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Office Depot, Inc. in August 2016. In this role, Hale is responsible for defining the Company’s IT architecture, managing and overseeing IT projects and portfolio decisions, planning and developing applications supporting business operations, and ensuring the security of IT systems and processes. In addition, Hale leads the newly formed Enterprise Portfolio Management Office responsible for facilitating the successful execution of key strategic initiatives.
Previously, Hale served as Senior Vice President, North American Chief Information Officer for Office Depot. During Hale’s time with Office Depot, he has led a number of transformational initiatives including the deployment of Global Merchandising, Supply Chain and eCommerce solutions. Hale joined Office Depot in 2004 where he held several positions of increasing responsibility such as Director, IT Supply Chain Systems; Senior Director, Merchandising, Marketing and Inventory Management Systems; and Vice President, North American Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Applications Development. Prior to joining Office Depot, Hale held various IT leadership positions with the Eckerd Corporation. He began his career in retail consulting for Proctor & Gamble and Walmart.
Hale holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a BS in Micro Biology from the University of Arkansas.
Joe Lower was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Office Depot, Inc. in January 2018. In this role, Lower is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as managing the tax, internal audit, treasury and investor relations functions.
Lower most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at B/E Aerospace, Inc. where he oversaw all the financial reporting for the company. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace, he was Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for The Boeing Company, where he spent 12 years. Among other finance positions, Lower spent six years with Credit Suisse in various investment banking roles including positions in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Lower earned a Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Kevin Moffitt was named Senior Vice President, Chief Retail Officer for Office Depot, Inc. in January 2018, and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Officer in November 2018. In this role, Moffitt is responsible for reimagining Office Depot’s retail business and collaborating across the executive team to solidify the company’s growth strategy leveraging its retail footprint. Additionally, he is responsible for developing innovative business strategies that tap into our compelling assets to disrupt the market.
Moffitt, who joined Office Depot in July 2012, has over 20 years of experience in omnichannel and e-commerce business management. Previously, Moffitt served as Chief Digital Officer, where he was responsible for the Direct business P&L and created a world-class online experience for Office Depot’s customers. Additionally, he was responsible for building the company’s digital platforms and identifying new ways to accelerate growth online, along with mobile and new digital services. Earlier in his career, Moffitt held leadership roles at Dillard’s Department Stores, Circuit City Stores and Putnam Investments.
Moffitt earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He also holds a MA in Documentary Filmmaking from Northeastern University and a BA from Pepperdine University.
Stephen M. Mohan was named Executive Vice President of the Business Solutions Division (BSD) for Office Depot, Inc. in May 2019. In this role, Mohan will be responsible for accelerating growth of B2B sales across all customer segments and vertical markets. Additionally, he will provide day-to-day leadership and management to the contract sales function and help develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives that accelerate business results for BSD.
Prior to joining Office Depot, Mohan was Senior Vice President of sales and marketing, North American Transportation for XPO Logistics. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Clean Harbors and Senior Vice President, field sales for Republic Services. His career began in 1999 at Reed Business Information, where he led acquisition and management of a large account portfolio for a leading provider of data and business information solutions.
Mohan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State University.
Mick Slattery was named President of CompuCom in June 2019. In this role, Slattery is responsible for providing strong global leadership and operational excellence to advance both CompuCom and Office Depot’s mission and strategy. He shapes and executes the strategy that enables CompuCom to deliver best-in-breed IT services and solutions to its clients – harnessing CompuCom’s unique capabilities to pursue market opportunities that drive profitable growth.
Slattery has nearly 30 years of experience in the technology-enabled business services space. He most recently served as CEO of Conduent Transportation, a division of Conduent, Inc., a technology-led business process services company. Prior to that, Slattery was a founding executive team member of Avanade, Inc., a global professional services company formed as a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft providing IT consulting and services. During his 17-year career there, he ultimately served as president, North America after a series of roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Slattery is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
